My clinical work focuses on translating this science into psychotherapy, supporting individuals to break cycles through a neuroscience-informed, compassionate approach. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and compassion-focused therapy, alongside trauma-informed counselling and somatic approaches that support nervous system regulation.

I offer psychotherapy for individuals struggling with life changes, trauma, emotional eating and the behaviours and thoughts that no longer serve you. Sessions are collaborative, thoughtful, and paced to your nervous system. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me immersed in the same practices I bring into my work - moving through a yoga or pilates class, lifting heavy weights, or spending time with my dogs in nature to reset and reconnect. I’m naturally curious, so I’m often reading or exploring new ideas at the intersection of neuroscience, nutrition, and mental health. I also love creating - whether that’s through spending time in the pottery studio, travelling, or simply carving out space to slow down and be present.
